About us – Brad M. Zahm, RA, NCARB
With over 20 years of residential design experience, Brad started BZAHM Architects in 2025 with a goal to help homeowners, builders, and investors realize their dreams by helping bring their visions to life.
Brad has spent a majority of his professional career working for home builders where he’s headed Architecture and Design Departments and taken on projects ranging from full custom homes to multi-building apartment projects. Brad has served on National Design committees during his tenure with home builders and serves on the Occupational Advisory Committee for a local Architecture program where he gets to help guide students into the professional world of Architecture.
From his early days, getting introduced to Architecture in a 7th grade Technology Education class, to his undergraduate studies at Philadelphia University, Brad has had a passion for all things residential.
